Alexander Hill Elevator Society (AHES, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) registered charity supporting the Old Rochester Regional Junior High School Survival Program

The ORRJHS Survival Program’s mission is inspiring students to venture into the unknown to foster a new sense of responsibility, teamwork and self-confidence on a shared road to a stronger self.
Having just celebrated its 50th year, Survival continues each year to bring over 100 seventh grade students into the woods of Northfield, MA, on this week-long outdoor experience.

As the official Survival program non-profit dedicated solely to supporting the program and its participants, our mission is to rally resources and community support to sustain and grow the program, ensuring that every seventh-grade student at Old Rochester Regional Junior High School who wishes to participate has the opportunity to benefit from this life-changing experience.
